Bunker Hoses

Bunkering hoses are essential for the safe and efficient transfer of oil and other fluids between ships and offshore platforms, an operation known as Ship-to-Ship. They are designed with durable and resistant materials, capable of withstanding pressure and resisting adverse environmental conditions.

Fusão strictly follows the annual inspection criteria established in the BS EN ISO 1402 standard.

During the inspection, we check various aspects, such as the structural integrity of the hoses and fittings, wear and tear, external damage and sealing. Our aim is to ensure that the hoses comply with the technical specifications and are safe to use. In addition to the inspection and certification service, in the event of damage or wear, our specialized repair team is ready to restore the hoses efficiently, minimizing downtime in operations.

API Flexible Lines

Our highly qualified and experienced team carries out thorough inspections following the guidelines established by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the most renowned manufacturers such as Coflexip, Contitech, Copper State Rubber, Gates, Techflow and Parker.

Hoses conform to performance, strength and durability requirements, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

During the inspection and certification process, we carry out regulatory visual inspections, boroscopy, load tests, non-destructive tests on connections and pressure tests. At the end of the project, we deliver a Data Book containing the results of the tests and trials carried out.

Transfer Hoses

Following reference standards NBR 15690 and BS EN ISO 1407, we carry out comprehensive inspections of your hoses to ensure compliance with the quality and safety standards required by the industry.

Our experts evaluate structural integrity, leaks, wear and other critical factors to ensure your hoses are in perfect condition. Our work covers a wide range of applications, including water, oil, abrasives, chemicals and more.

In addition to inspection, we also provide certification services to ensure your hoses meet all regulatory and regulatory requirements. With our experience and commitment to excellence, we can help you maintain the safety and efficiency of your fluid transfer operations.

Hydraulic Hoses

As experts in hydraulic hoses, we understand the importance of certification through hydrostatic testing, in accordance with SAE J343, NBR 14831 and ASTM D380, for the industry. The certification process involves subjecting the hydraulic hose to a specific internal hydrostatic pressure, above the maximum working pressure.

This ensures that the hose is able to withstand demanding operating conditions and ensures safe operations. Following SAE J343, NBR 14831 and ASTM D380 standards, we carry out a series of procedures, including visual inspections, expansion checks, leak analysis and damage assessment.
