Flushing Units

Our flushing units are designed for internal cleaning of systems, hoses, and pipelines. With pressures of up to 7,000 psi and a flow rate of up to 50 liters per minute, these units create an efficient combination of turbulence, temperature, and velocity to remove all residues. Each fluid analysis set is tailored to different levels of cleanliness and includes instrumentation, triplex pumps, tanks, filtering systems, and heat exchangers.

Measurement Instruments

We provide a range of measurement instruments including pressure gauges, thermometers, thermocouples, and pressure transmitters, covering various scales and types. From basic measurements to advanced applications, our instruments support pressures up to 150,000 psi.

Hydraulic Accumulators

We offer maintenance services and specialized projects for hydraulic accumulators. These devices store pressure, which is then converted into various useful forms. There are three main types of accumulators: weight-loaded, spring, and hydropneumatic. They perform essential functions such as maintaining stable pressure in the system, controlling flow, absorbing shocks, and compensating for pressure changes due to heating.

Valves

Pressure Testing Equipment

Our Pressure Testing Equipment is utilized in various types of hydrostatic tests, including compliance, leak, burst, and volumetric expansion testing. Each system comprises a pump and essential accessories. They feature an ergonomically designed structure, accompanied by a test chamber capable of withstanding pressures up to 100,000 psi. We offer several models with varying pressure and flow rates, along with options such as a chart recorder, computer interface, and data acquisition systems.

Connections

Our Hydraulic Connections accurately join pipelines and equipment. Designed to convey fluids such as air, oil, and fuel, they ensure reliable performance. Supplied in high-quality, resilient materials capable of withstanding various pressures, preventing leaks. We offer a variety of thread types, including UNF, NPT, BSP, MP, HP, among others.

Gas Test Units

We specialize in the manufacturing, maintenance, and certification of gas test units. These units feature booster-type pressure generators, control valves, stainless steel pipelines, and measuring instruments to monitor process pressure. They are used to build gas testing systems, ensuring tightness, fluid transport, and gas charging in equipment such as accumulators, bladders, and reservoirs.

Booster

We provide maintenance and certification services for boosters. These devices, activated by compressed air or non-lubricated nitrogen, are ideal for pressurizing and transferring gases such as nitrogen, argon, helium, oxygen, and CNG without contamination risks. They are capable of reaching pressures of up to 25,000 PSI.
